Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LavenderDate.com. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The service is not available to users in Somalia or North Korea.

Account Registration and Deletion

Each user may only create one account. Anonymous, fake, or burner accounts are not allowed. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

Purpose of the Platform

LavenderDate.com is intended for users seeking genuine connections including romantic, platonic, and lavender-style partnerships. We encourage authenticity and self-expression within legal and respectful boundaries. While we support non-traditional relationship structures, the platform does not enforce or restrict how users define their relationships.

Messaging and Verification Rules

Unverified users may only send messages to people they are matched with. If you verify your profile, you may send up to 25 messages per day to users you are not yet matched with. These messages may be in the same conversation thread or across different users and conversations. If you match with someone, messaging is unlimited regardless of verification status. Verification is optional but strongly encouraged to access full communication features.

User Content and Restrictions

You may upload photos and write responses to profile prompts. Public posts and status updates are not allowed. All content is reviewed before or after publication. You must not submit or share content that includes any of the following

  • Hate speech or discriminatory language

  • Sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW material

  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity

  • Commercial promotions or business solicitations

  • Harassment, impersonation, or abusive behavior

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

Paid Features and Subscriptions

There are currently no paid features or subscriptions. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. If subscriptions are added, they may automatically renew unless canceled and will be non-refundable under all circumstances. We do not offer free trials or one-time purchases at this time. These terms may be updated when paid features are introduced.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You will not attempt to scrape data, reverse-engineer the platform, or misuse any system features. You will not use the service to exploit, deceive, or harm other users in any way.

Intellectual Property

All features, branding, design, code, and content on LavenderDate.com are the intellectual property of Vast Network Inc or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, reuse, or modify any material from the platform without written permission.

Third-Party Services

LavenderDate.com uses external services to operate the platform efficiently. These include Stripe, SendGrid, Authorize.net, and Google Analytics. Your use of the site constitutes agreement with any relevant terms or privacy practices associated with these third-party providers.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Use of the site is at your own risk. Vast Network Inc makes no guarantees about matchmaking outcomes, user behavior, or relationship success. We are not responsible for any harm, dispute, fraud, emotional distress, or damages that may result from your use of LavenderDate.com or your interaction with other users. We do not screen users beyond optional verification. You are solely responsible for your actions and safety both online and offline.

Termination

We may suspend or permanently delete any account at any time for violation of these terms, user complaints, or any other reason deemed appropriate by our team. We may also remove any content that violates our policies without notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware in the United States. Any legal disputes shall be resolved under Delaware jurisdiction.
